Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because all items are made to order through a third-party provider (Printify), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in the following cases:

We’ll issue a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is misprinted
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product

Steps to Report an Issue:

  1. Email hello@uhkare.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item
    • Description of the issue

Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be honored (per Printify’s terms).

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Delayed delivery due to carrier issues
  • Minor differences in color or placement
